Responsibilities:
- Architecture, design, and development of high-performance software applications and software platforms.
- Identify technology trends and implement cutting-edge technology to create a scalable high performance platform.
- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all web-based services.
- Actively write code and conduct reviews for features shipped within your team.
- Build, develop, and groom engineering talent and teams.
- Ensure timely product development, drive continuous improvement in the system's health provide engineering support across teams.
Requirements:
- Must have strong experience in Ruby as Rails.
- Good knowledge of version control (preferably Git).
- Ability to choose the right algorithms and data structures.
- Basics of a cloud based platform(GCP or AWS)
