What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute creative design concepts across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and branding.
Collaborate with writers, video editors, and marketing teams to create visual assets that enhance storytelling and align with brand goals.
Design eye-catching graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, ads, and more.
Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to the table by utilizing the latest trends and technologies to create compelling creatives.
Leverage AI-powered tools to push creative boundaries, improve productivity, and stay up-to-date with design trends.
Ensure all designs reflect Mugafi’s brand identity while maintaining a high standard of visual communication.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the entertainment, media, or tech industries.
Proficiency in Design Software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate abstract ideas into captivating visuals that resonate with audiences.
Understanding of Brand and Marketing: Strong grasp of visual storytelling, user experience, and design’s role in branding and marketing.
Experience with AI Tools: Familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, or Stable Diffusion is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with writers, marketers, and production teams.
