Key Responsibilities:
-Own end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to explore, discover, craft, and develop, and deliver world-class user experiences.
-Lead user research initiatives, including customer interviews, usability testing, and validation sessions.
-Create high-fidelity prototypes and conduct iterative testing to validate design solutions.
-Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
-Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
-Drive design systems development and maintenance.
-Analyze user behaviour data to inform design decisions. Use a data-driven approach, including qualitative and quantitative feedback loops.
-Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). An MBA is a plus.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

-Proven track record of shipping complex enterprise products with delightful experience for administrators and end-user personas.
-Strong understanding and practical experience with dual-track agile methodology.
-Expert in product discovery techniques and user research frameworks with excellent prototyping skills and experience running customer validation sessions
-Advanced-level proficiency in essential tools, including Figma, Jira, Slack, Productboard, Mixpanel, Google Workspace, etc. and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions.
