Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities: -Act as a brand guardian and ensure that all products, services and customer experiences resonate with the brand strategy & positioning with the aim to provide an exceptional customer experience. -Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competition. -Coordinate with internal teams of marketing, product development, finance, etc. to ensure every aspect of brand strategy is being followed while keeping in mind future market opportunities. -Coordinate with external marketing and advertisement agencies to make sure that brand guidelines are being followed through all communication. -Lead new product launches, marketing campaigns and execute brand strategies with the aim to increase engagement with the target market and foster brand loyalty. -Track and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the impact of brand strategies and optimise based on insights.

Key Skills: -Strong understanding of branding, story telling, digital marketing, and consumer behavior. -Proven experience in managing 360-degree brand campaigns. -Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making abilities. -Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. -Familiarity with nutraceuticals, wellness, or D2C industry is a plus.
