Experience: 4-6 years in Performance Marketing (D2C or E-commerce)
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute acquisition, retention and remarketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others to drive revenue and brand engagement. Analyse and optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights to increase ROI and conversion rates.
Effectively communicate reports and analyses by developing tools or visualisation dashboards (marketing planning and budgeting, demand funnel, ROI, strategic KPIs, etc.)
Work with internal and external creative and marketing teams to test strategies and campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.
Monitor industry trends, new innovations and competitor performance to optimise and evolve strategies.
Key Skills: Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, digital marketing, social media advertising, and performance analytics tools. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and similar platforms. Strong data analysis, analytical and decision-making skills. Prior Experience of performance marketing in D2C business required. Experience in nutraceuticals or health-focused brands is a plus.
