Define and execute the overall product roadmap, aligning with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team by providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable software architecture and cloud infrastructure that supports long-term growth and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success and Sales) to deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the platform.
Make strategic decisions about tech stack, tools, and integrations.

*Must Have Requirements *

12+ years of experience in software development and architecture
Hands-on experience in product development, software engineering, and team leadership.
Proven experience managing end-to-end product development.
Knowledge of security, scalability, and performance best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with Angular, React, React Native, Spring Boot, MySQL
Experience in scaling products at a startup.
Familiarity with B2B workflows and integrations (e.g., ERPs, Payment Gateways etc)
