Responsibilities
1.Plant Finance -
- Oversee financial operations at multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
- Implement robust financial controls and systems at the plant level to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for plant operations.
- Cost Optimization and Savings
- Develop and execute cost-reduction strategies across the organization without compromising quality or operational efficiency.
- Drive initiatives for lean manufacturing, inventory control, and efficient resource utilization.
- Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization in the supply chain and production processes.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead long-term and short-term financial planning processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations through financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends to guide decision-making at the executive level.
- Controllership
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful financial audits and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership and Team Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple geographies and plant locations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Qualified CA
- 12-15 Years of experience in finance
- progressive experience in finance roles, including significant exposure to plant finance, cost optimization, and FP&A.
- Proven track record of driving cost-saving initiatives and financial performance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Deep knowledge of controllership and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)
