SDE3 (Frontend Developer React/Flutter)
Responsibilities:-
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable frontend applications.
- Create and implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI components.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless
- user experiences.
- Optimize frontend performance, reduce load times, and improve Core Web Vitals.
- Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
- Work with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend trends and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices.
Requirements:-
- 5-8 years of experience in frontend development in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in React.js or Flutter (preferred) or other modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS,
- Material-UI, Ant Design).
- Experience with component-driven architecture and reusable UI development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Hands-on experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing
- Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and accessibility best practices.
