Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs during the development process.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

More than 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 6. Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
