About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished leader to join a Unicorn startup as AVP/VP of Growth & Operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's growth strategy, optimizing operations, and enabling cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Define and implement long-term growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and optimize processes to improve performance.
Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring alignment across departments.
Problem-Solving: Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and design actionable solutions.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to guide decision-making and track the effectiveness of initiatives.
Project Management: Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or strategy roles in B2C/B2B commerce, FMCG, logistics, retail, or related industries.
Educational Background: MBA/advanced degree from Tier-1 institutes such as IIMs, ISB, IITs, or global equivalents.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage stakeholders across multiple domains.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities with a track record of solving complex business challenges.
Execution Expertise: Hands-on experience in implementing strategies that drive scalable growth.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
