Role Overview As the Lead - Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead the hiring strategy and execution for the organization, focusing on technology, business, and leadership roles. This role is pivotal in scaling our team with the right talent to fuel our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment:

Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for tech, business, and leadership roles. Build and manage talent pipelines for niche and high-priority roles. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with leadership teams and department heads to understand talent needs. Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies. Hiring Strategy:

Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. Leverage data to optimize recruitment processes and measure success metrics (TAT, quality of hire, etc.). Employer Branding:

Enhance the company’s positioning as an employer of choice through strategic branding initiatives. Partner with marketing teams to promote our culture and values on digital platforms. Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing TA team as the company scales. Train and mentor junior team members to develop internal recruitment capabilities. Qualifications Experience: 7-10 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups or high-growth organizations. Proven track record of hiring across domains: technology, business, and leadership. Expertise in sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.). Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset to track and optimize hiring metrics. Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
