We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tech Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of a next-generation Job Search and Talent Management Platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in full-stack development.

As an intern, you will work closely with our engineering team, assisting in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly features for a platform designed to revolutionize how companies and talent connect. You will contribute to various aspects of the tech stack, gaining practical experience with Node.js, Python, React, MongoDB, and AWS EC2 on Ubuntu servers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team on both front-end and back-end features, enhancing the platform's functionality and user experience.
Assist in building APIs using Node.js and Python, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Develop and maintain React components, ensuring they are responsive, intuitive, and aligned with the platform's design language.
Participate in database design, management, and optimization using MongoDB.
Assist in deploying and managing server instances on AWS EC2 Ubuntu, including basic server administration and monitoring tasks.
Work with senior engineers to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code.
Contribute ideas to improve the platform's architecture, features, and overall performance.

Requirements

Strong foundational knowledge in JavaScript and Python programming languages.
Familiarity with Node.js and React for building web applications.
Basic understanding of MongoDB and database management concepts.
Exposure to AWS services, particularly EC2 and Ubuntu/Linux OS, is a plus.
Passion for learning new technologies and frameworks, with a keen interest in the talent management or job search space.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work well within a collaborative, agile development team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or project experience in full-sack development.
Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
Exposure to version control systems, particularly Git.
