Requirements for the Role
- 12+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing large engineering teams and delivering complex, scalable solutions.
- Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and modern tech stacks.
- Track record of successfully leading tech-driven innovations that have a measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced startups or rapidly growing organizations.
- Familiarity with rural markets and supply chain challenges in India.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team, including software developers and technical leads.
- Own the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable and reliable supply chain and logistics systems.
- Build, mentor, and scale the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define product features and prioritize engineering tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions while maintaining performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including B2C and B2B partners, vendors, and government agencies, to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
