*Designation and Responsibilities - *

Design Innovation for Gen-AI: Create innovative UI/UX for next-generation Generative AI products, introducing novel interactions and visual elements that set new standards.
Product Direction & Decision-Making: Collaborate closely with the founders on product direction, contributing to feature prioritization and decision-making.
End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead complete design projects from ideation to implementation, partnering with engineers and other stakeholders to iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
Rapid Execution of Features: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, focusing on delivering high-quality features that can be executed quickly.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure smooth feature and product design, contributing directly to implementation with hands-on CSS or minor code adjustments when necessary.
Design Culture & Process: Help establish a design-first culture within the company, shaping processes that will define how design is integrated into product development.
Product Vision Alignment: Collaborate with the founders to align the product roadmap with long-term strategic goals, effectively communicating progress and design decisions to stakeholders.

*Must have requirements: *

3-4 years post-masters experience in Product design for a SaaS company
Basic background in Front-end technologies (React) and experience working with engineering teams is strongly preferred
Prior experience in working and solving for deep UX problems
Understanding and past experience with product management principles across product design, product analytics, user experience
